Delete Your Account

You can delete your Tarmac Log account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion is done from within the App:

Open Tarmac Log on your device
Tap Settings (bottom navigation)
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:

Your email address and account credentials
All flight log entries
All aircraft profiles
All crew profiles
Your subscription status record

Data stored locally on your device is removed immediately when you delete the app.

Your Subscription

Note: Deleting your Tarmac Log account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately to avoid future charges.

To cancel your subscription before deleting your account:

iOS: Settings app → [your name] → Subscriptions → Tarmac Log → Cancel
Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tarmac Log → Cancel

Can’t Access the App?

If you’re unable to delete your account from within the App, email us at tarmac-log-support@googlegroups.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account. We will manually delete your account and data within 30 days.
