This Privacy Policy describes how Co-Pilot Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and handles your information when you use Tarmac Log (the “App”). We take your privacy seriously and only collect what is necessary for the App to function.
When you create an account, we collect your email address. This is used to authenticate you and associate your flight data with your account.
The App stores flight records you create, including: dates, aircraft, origin and destination airports, flight times (total, PIC, SIC, night, IFR, cross-country), landing counts, crew names, and any notes you enter. This data belongs to you.
Aircraft registrations, type information, and crew names you enter are stored as part of your account.
We store whether your account has an active Pro subscription in order to unlock features. We do not store your payment details — payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
A unique user ID is assigned to your account when you register. This is used to keep your data separate from other users’ data.
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
Tarmac Log is offline-first: all data is stored locally on your device. When you have an internet connection, your data is synced to secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (our backend provider). Supabase stores data on servers in the United States. You can find Supabase’s privacy information at supabase.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties beyond those listed above.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated data (flight records, aircraft profiles, crew profiles, and account credentials) is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

You can delete your account directly from the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently removes all your flight data, aircraft profiles, crew profiles, and account credentials from our systems within 30 days. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel that separately through your device’s subscription settings.

Tarmac Log is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
