These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Tarmac Log (the “App”), provided by Co-Pilot Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Tarmac Log is a personal flight logging tool. It is intended to help pilots record and review their flight history. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
Important: Tarmac Log is not a certified aviation recordkeeping system and is not a substitute for any logbook required by the FAA, EASA, or any other aviation authority. You are solely responsible for maintaining records that comply with applicable regulations.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at tarmac-log-support@googlegroups.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Tarmac Log offers a free tier (up to 10 flights) and a Pro subscription (unlimited flights and cloud sync).
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Prices are displayed in the App before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated in the App. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase.
You own the flight data you enter into the App. We store it to provide the App’s functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Co-Pilot Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on flight records for regulatory compliance purposes.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
